Brief
Shopping centres are always a challenging job, but as always, JBL adapted and overcame any obstacles. The site itself was extremely large and somewhat complex to manoeuvre. Due to the size of the project, our projects team had to liaise with managers to readjust their timeline expectations. There were also numerous door and wall design changes throughout the project, which meant a lot of re-adjustments on our end.

Solutions
Having a fully stocked warehouse was a project saver. It allowed us to quickly identify the specification differences from the stock on hand to ensure no delays between the manufacturer’s warehouse and our own. We were also able to source extra tradesmen to help with the additional onsite work.

Result
As a result of the increased staffing and our ability to change products when required, we completed this project within the practical completion dates.
